Apply for the 5th Annual Ayanna Ade Black Student Midwife Scholarship Fund by November 30th.
SMC will award a scholarship to one student for $2,000. The awardee will be notified on December 6, 2023.
To Apply: Email your 200-300-word essay on how this scholarship will help you emulate the work of Ayanna Ade in your midwifery career. Include your full legal name, a photo in color, your email address, your mailing address, your phone number, and a letter from your school or preceptor stating you are currently enrolled.
