Coaching Process
- Initial Meeting – to better understand your interests and needs. We will establish a coaching relationship. SMC’s experience is broad, and she has been successful in working with a wide range of individuals.
- Agreement on the Coaching Engagement – this will include a mutual
- understanding and agreement of the time commitment, coordination for coaching, pricing, payment, assessments, and desired outcomes.
- Outline Coaching Objectives – SMC will want to ensure you are clear about your coachable interests, goals, and desired outcomes. If you have a sponsoring organization, we will need to ensure they agree with these objectives as well.
- Build the Personal Development Plan – together – an action plan that supports the changes you desire.
- Executive Coaching Engagement – regular agreed-upon coaching sessions to support your learning journey, emails/additional phone calls as needed to support personal growth.
- Transition – conclude coaching engagement, harvest learnings, and develop long-range plans going forward that will measuring outcomes and support your continued success.

Six-hour Coaching Package, Upfront and Effective $1,999.96
What is included — six hours or twelve 30-minute focused coaching sessions via phone or Zoom calls. Session recordings available.
Eight-hour Coaching Package, Business Growth $2,999.92
What is included — eight hours or sixteen 30-minute sessions of focused coaching via phone or Zoom calls. You have the option of combining sessions. Session recordings available.
